Beachlet was founded in Sarasota, Florida in 2021 by Alex & Cheyenne Hackel with a simple idea: create a bracelet that captures the feeling of the beach and helps protect the places that inspire it.

Living on Florida’s Gulf Coast, the beach isn’t just a destination, it’s a way of life. The calm water, white sand, and vibrant coastal communities surrounding Sarasota have always been at the heart of the Beachlet story. What began as a small passion project quickly grew into something bigger as people connected with the meaning behind the bracelets.

Like many great ideas, the journey didn’t happen overnight. From 2021 through the early years of the brand, Beachlet went through countless iterations, designs, and lessons learned through trial and error. Every bracelet, every color combination, and every concept helped shape the brand into what it is today.

In 2026, Beachlet made the decision to pursue the brand full-time, expanding beyond a small startup into a growing team dedicated to building a meaningful coastal lifestyle brand. While the company has grown, our roots remain firmly planted in Sarasota, Florida, where Beachlet continues to operate today.
